At Vertex Programming we respect your desire for privacy and keep any information that you share with us in confidence. We record your personal information only if you provide it to us when placing an order for an offered item or development service or if you express an interest in one of our items or services. We will not share this information with any third parties.

   

We use your information only to be able to contact you as part of a development project which you initiate. In most cases we communicate by e-mail to keep our costs down. Typically this means that we will send you an e-mail 'notice' or 'alert' directing you to our Client Support Help Desk where we provide more detailed information about your project. As a Vertex Programming client, you will be assigned a private account for your development project. You access your project through the Vertex Programming website by entering a login name and password in the Client Support area. While in your account you will have access to all of your project related documents, files, software and contracts. No one elese will be able to see them or have access to them. Having most communications go through your project account -- keeps long e-mail messages down, keeps large e-mail attachments from cluttering your inbox and provides a reviewable history of communications in one convenient location. We usually will not attempt to call you unless we think there is an urgent issue or you specifically request a call.

In short, we use your personal information only to serve you better. We want you to experience a comfortable and convenient relationship working with us and to be confident that your trust in us will not be abused.
